Job Summary


  • Ability to work in a call center environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year blended call center experience (inbound and outbound calls)
  • Preferred experience working in a high volume sales environment with demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
  • MS Office computer skills experience

Primary Duties:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Perform inbound and out bound calls
  • Follow-up with their customer list
  • Provide an positive experience for all customers by including nutrition to help improve their life
  • Meet and exceed self-set sales goals
  • Able to maintain sales performance standards
  • Handle customer service calls to resolve problems by clarifying issues
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned
